"Excellent camp -- Warren had a great experience, both fun and educational, truly a wonderful week! Thank you to the counselors." Linda

Since 1993 the experts at PolarExplorers have been training and preparing expedition team members for the rigors of polar travel. It's now your turn! Our professional Polar guides will introduce your Junior PolarExplorer to the skills required to adapt and thrive in the most remote and cold regions on the planet.

After registering a full email confirmation packet will be sent with details on what to bring and what to expect. This includes directions to our locations and the Parent Manual.

The necessary forms will be provided in a link and submission required prior to drop off.

Location is communicated prior to the start time via, email, and/or text message.

Please plan to arrive early our guides will start promptly.

After our orientation and an overview of the next couple of hours, the group will begin the daily challenge.

We will use our time in small groups inspiring creativity, teamwork, and independence.

All activities will be held outdoors. Outdoor conditions and weather are considered in the selection of activities. Example activities include snowshoe building, snowshoeing, fire building, dutch oven cooking, navigation, and scavenger hunts.

We've been doing this for 26 years!

That's us 26 years ago when we made history by guiding the first-ever dogsled & ski expedition to the North Pole for amateur adventurers. It was exciting then and it's still exciting today!
